We are a family business. All of our time is dedicated to servicing, maintaining and updating our properties. Because we do most of the work ourselves, our costs are much lower. This allows us to provide similar or better quality at a more affordable rate.
Quality
We are aggressively working to update and remodel all of our properties as needed. Currently, our focus has been on upgrading the flooring. We are installing laminate flooring and ceramic tile in numerous properties and have many more scheduled to be replaced. Most properties have upgraded electrical systems for 200 amp service. Each room is on a separate breaker with multiple outlets in each room. Room sizes are all approx. 12 x 12.
ONU Scholarship
As college graduates ourselves, we understand the significant investment young adults are making toward their future. Much of our business has been from students attending the Ohio Northern University. As a way to say thank you to Ohio Northern University and the loyal student clients we have served over the years, Saltzman Rentals is honored to provide funding for a yearly scholarship. The scholarship of $3,600 is awarded to one student each school year and is administered by the Ohio Northern University who has sole authority to select the recipient. The first scholarship was awarded for the 2014-15 school year.
